Our itinerary is designed for gradual acclimatisation and balanced yoga practice. You’ll start from Kathmandu and drive to Besisahar, then begin trekking through Bahundanda, Chame and Upper Pisang. Each day will include morning and evening yoga sessions. The climax is the ascent to Thorong La Pass, followed by a descent to Muktinath and Jomsom. The trek ends with a scenic flight back to Pokhara and return to Kathmandu.
