Day 1 :

Arrival in Kathmandu (1400m)

Upon arrival at Kathmandu's Tribhuvan International Airport, our airport agent, holding a sign marked "Green Valley Nepal Treks," will greet you. You'll be driven by private tourist vehicle to your hotel. Later, join us at our office for a pre-trip meeting to learn more about the Helicopter Return Everest Base Camp Trek Itinerary.

Day 2 :

Flight to Lukla (2840m), Trek to Phakding (2610m)

Experience a scenic 45-minute flight from Kathmandu to Lukla early in the morning. Upon arrival, our Sherpa crew will welcome you, and your trek towards Phakding will commence. Enjoy the trail along Dudh Koshi River's east bank, arriving at Phakding. Spend the night at a local Sherpa-run teahouse.

Day 3 :

Trek to Namche Bazaar (3440m)

Pass through stunning Sherpa settlements like Bengkar, Monjo, and Jorsale en route to Namche Bazaar. The trek involves uphill and downhill sections offering views of snow-capped peaks. Cross Dudh Koshi River at Bengkar, head to Sagarmatha National Park's entry, and arrive at Namche Bazaar. Enjoy magnificent views of Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, and Taboche peaks.

Day 4 :

Acclimatization in Namche Bazaar

Spend the day acclimatizing in Namche Bazaar. Explore this bustling town with facilities like ATMs, Internet cafes, and more. Visit viewpoints like Thamo or Khunde, tour the Tourist Visitor Center, or trek to Everest View Hotel for stunning mountain vistas.

Day 5 :

Trek to Tengboche (3810m)

Trek to Tengboche witnessing breathtaking views of Everest, Ama Dablam, Lobuche, and more. Visit Tengboche Monastery, an iconic Buddhist site offering spectacular views of Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Lobuche, and other mountains.

Day 6 :

Trek to Dingboche (4410m)

The trail ascends to Deboche through a forest, offering views of Ama Dablam. Pass Pangboche, Shomare, and Orsho, witnessing the transition from greenery to an alpine landscape, arriving at Dingboche.

Day 7 :

Acclimatization Day in Dingboche

Utilize the day for acclimatization. Visit Dingboche, Chhukung, or Imja or opt for short hikes to viewpoints like Nagarjun Hill or Chhukung Ri for spectacular mountain views.

Day 8 :

Trek to Lobuche (4910m)

Pass through Dughla (Thukla) and ascend to Chupki Lhara, offering views of Khumbutse, Lingtren, Pumori, and other peaks. Trek to Lobuche witnessing the Khumbu Glacier, Everest base camp, Kala Patthar, and more.

Day 9 :

Trek to Gorak Shep (5140m), Visit Everest Base Camp (5364m), Return to Gorakshep

Begin the significant day early, trekking to Gorak Shep and then to Everest Base Camp, enjoying views of the Khumbu Glacier. Return to Gorak Shep after witnessing the grandeur of Everest and surrounding mountains.

Day 10 :

Trek to Kala Patthar (5555m), Helicopter Flight back to Kathmandu (1400m)
